This challenge is about helping your body reset so you can feel more energized, reduce cravings, and start seeing real progress again. “Metabolic power” refers to how efficiently your body uses energy, which directly impacts fat loss, mood, and overall performance. Over the 30 days, we focus on simple, sustainable habits that help your body work better, so results actually last.
Inside the UG app, your leaderboard score is calculated automatically based on daily items you complete — workouts, check-ins, and challenge tasks. Everything is outlined in your challenge guide so you always know where you stand. Most points at the end of 30 days wins the $799 coaching credit.

You’ll have started to build a foundation of better energy, improved habits, and a deeper understanding of how your body responds to movement and nutrition. From there, the next step is continuing that progress with the right level of structure and support. At the end of the challenge, you’ll work with your coach during a complimentary 1:1 Elevation Session to design the best path forward based on your results and goals.
