Late cancellations (within 8 hours of class start) will incur a $10 fee.
No-shows will be charged a $15 fee.
Yes, you can purchase a guest pass online. Your guest should arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign a Consent and Waiver Form.
If a class is full, join the waitlist via the app or website. If a spot opens up more than 2 hours before class, you’ll be automatically enrolled and notified. Remove yourself from the waitlist if you're no longer interested to avoid being charged.

No, memberships can’t be frozen for vacations, but you can request virtual workouts to maintain your routine while you're away.
Yes. Monthly members can freeze their membership with written documentation from a doctor. Freezes align with your billing cycle, and there are no refunds for prepaid fees during a 30-day freeze.
